Breaking changes and deprecations

This is a major release that comes with a few breaking changes.

First, #187 decouples roles from permissions. Permissions are now assigned to fixed access levels, not to roles anymore. After the migration, all users will have the staff access level. To update these access levels according to the role names, run this script, from the lowest access level to the highest:
